Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • All unworn footwear in original condition with tags attached
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items returned within 15 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items:

Based on our product offerings and to maintain hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clogs – Due to their specific fitting characteristics and hygiene considerations
  • Any footwear showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original tags
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

1 Initiate Your Return Request

2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Please include the original packaging, all tags, and any accessories. Ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4 Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification once your return is processed.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return processing
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return processing

Refund Amount:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
